Welcome to the National Fox Terrier Meet
NFTM is an annual event organised by me - Tina Bailey. The National Fox Terrier Meet brings together social media-based Fox Terrier Lovers & families passionate about the Smooth and Wire Fox Terrier breed. The Event offers a great opportunity to meet up in person whilst enjoying a great day out. We also have a loyal following and extend a warm welcome to Airedale, Lakeland, Welsh Terriers and many other wet noses and wagging tails. Fundraising is a big part of the NFTM and after deductions, all money raised benefits Fox Terrier Rescue UK. This rescue is dedicated to help both Smooth and Wire Fox Terriers in need.
It is our pleasure to announce that the 10th National Fox Terrier Meet will take place on Sunday 30th of May 2027, which is a Bank Holiday weekend. The location is Kenslow Farm Campsite, Middleton nr Bakewell, Derbyshire, DE45 1LY. Please send your campsite enquiries to me via Email tinab39@sky.com
We are grateful for your support and look forward to seeing you at our 10th anniversary.

An insight into our wonderful NFTM Volunteer Team.
The original five - Phillipa Coleman, co-host of the 1st NFTM, Billy Brown, Carol Canty, Holly Anderson, and I, are now a group of around 20 including my brilliant husband Rob. Jane Mason manages First Aid. Fiona Wilson takes care of Canine First Aid. In addition, Fiona compiles a wonderful display of FTR UK dog stories from starting out in rescue to their happy ever after life with their new families. Julie Liston is our Site Manager with our lovely Colin Furness (Deputy Site Manager) by her side. Julie is also very happy to give advice on general care and well-being of your fox terrier especially coat care. The team offer everything from photography, check in, car parking to litter picking. Without the volunteers the day simply would not and could not happen. A big thank you to all of them always.
The 10th NFTM Sun 30.05.27
We are really excited to be entering double figures for our event and are planning to celebrate our 10th Anniversary in style. Kenslow Farm Campsite nr Bakewell in Derbyshire offers a great location which allows us freedom to put on a diverse number of attractions. These include: terrier racing, have a go agility, scent work, and man trailing.
The lovely Lee England is sponsoring a 80ft x 40ft Marquee and we have a string of new and old stalls attending. There will be a Foxy Ball late afternoon with dress up for the dogs (human dress up is optional) and entertainment. Lots of exciting things being worked on so please watch this space for further details.
If you are interested in taking part and in future events, please join the NFTM email list, just drop me a line at tinab39@sky.com
